User Account Information Display

Create a "Settings"/"User Info" dropdown or another method to display permissions, role, email, and other basic user information in the user interface. (Likely to be all information that is in the tenancy chain.)

    BL - It would be good for users to know what roles they have so they can open conversations with coordinators in case the user thinks a different role might be more appropriate for the user.
