Enable users to return to a previous page and retain query information

Current breadcrumbs options in SRS are difficult to navigate and does not retain user's previous query steps.

Users would like to go back to a previous page (e.g. a specific assessment group results) from the current page (e.g. Student Test History) without having to start the entire query process from scratch.

Clarify and enhance user's ability to "Go Back" to a previous page and retain prior query.
