Support of English Learner Interim Assessment Reporting in SRS

Current: Only Smarter Balanced ELA and Math interim assessments (FIAB, IAB, ICA) are supported interim subjects in the Smarter Reporting System

Request: Update SRS to support the English Learner interim assessments for grades 3-12.

Updates may include:

Ingestion of new assessment type
Display of individual and group EL interim scale scores and reporting categories
Display of EL interim item-level information
Display of new reporting categories and reporting structures
Display of EL interim student responses
Creation of EL interim Individual Student Report (ISR) PDFs
Connection to external instructional resources
