Reporting System Enhancement Ideas

Current: Users can load large data sets to SRS, but there is no mechanism to extract data outside of a district/school export.

Issue: Some large districts have difficulty with district/school exports because the data file is so large that it crashes or cannot be opened as an Excel document (over 1 mill rows). State exports of ICA and IAB data are similar. Exportation of data for analytics purposes is difficult.

Solutions:

• Develop an API endpoint where permissioned users can extract data from the RDW (e.g., school and district exports).

• Increase processing power/size for different formats or exports
