Reporting System Enhancement Ideas

View group ELPAC results for incoming/current 9th grade students.

The issue about a high school LEA not being able to view a list of results for 8th graders. They can see the results individually but can’t select 8th grade in the drop-down to view more than one student’s previous results in any sort of report or list. They provide 3 SSIDs (9323029473, 4702386341, 1656945292) as examples.

CDE is discussing making changes to the TOMS results file to reflect where students are currently enrolled, but this is a possible future enhancement request for CERS.

    3/21 Chad update: Team is implementing enhancement to TOMS to allow LEAs to download students based on where they are now. TBD on how LEAs respond to enhancement.
