Integrated Export Data Dictionary

Integrate data dictionary into RDW (User Guide, UI, Interpretive Guide, etc.) so that users do not have to reference a PDF to understand the various types of csv exports, column headers and their meanings.

    BL- While I agree it should be incorporated into the RDW, I think it should also remain as a stand-alone document available on CAASPP.org and ELPAC.org.
