Restrict Dropdowns to Data Available

Currently, users can select a combination of dropdown values that can result in no data available. The user receives a generic system message that doesn't specify which value(s) have no data available.

Request:

Dynamically adjust display in dropdowns (schools/districts/subject/grade/year etc.) as user makes selections with values that have student results available in the data warehouse.
