Export Aggregate Reports in similar format as UI display

Current: Only method to export Custom Aggregate Reports is by csv export. Request: Enhance Custom Aggregate Report export options (e.g. a PDF download) to look similar to the UI displays, including bar charts and longitudinal report graphs.

Allow for dynamic columns in Custom Aggregate Reports

Suggested as a part of CAA Science UAT, it should be considered that wasted column spacing is accounted for and column spacing responds dynamically to the user inputs.
